By placing an order on www.dilemma.fr, you agree to the present Terms of Sale.

2. Products

DILEMMA creates upcycled, limited-edition garments using reclaimed materials.

Due to the nature of upcycled fabrics, slight variations may occur. These variations are not considered defects but part of the uniqueness of each piece.

Product descriptions and images are presented as accurately as possible.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT where required.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

DILEMMA reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price charged is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

DILEMMA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Payment issues

  • Incorrect pricing due to technical error

  • Stock unavailability

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and other available payment providers.

DILEMMA does not store credit card information.

Orders are only shipped once payment has been successfully confirmed.

6. Shipping

Shipping times are provided in the Shipping Policy.

DILEMMA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.

For international shipments outside the EU, orders are shipped on a Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis unless otherwise stated.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery.

To exercise this right, customers must contact hello@dilemma.fr before returning the item.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

Refunds will be issued once the return has been received and inspected.

8. Returns & Refunds

Return conditions are detailed in the Return & Refund Policy.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

9. Liability

DILEMMA shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Misuse of products

  • Delays caused by external factors beyond its control

10. Intellectual Property

All content on www.dilemma.fr, including designs, images, text, and branding, is the exclusive property of DILEMMA.

Any reproduction or use without written consent is prohibited.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.

In case of dispute, parties will seek an amicable solution before any legal action.

French courts shall have jurisdiction unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws.
