All DILEMMA pieces are carefully prepared before dispatch.
Orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Customs & Duties
For international orders (outside the EU), DILEMMA ships on a Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis.
