Our Philosophy

Each DILEMMA piece is carefully crafted using upcycled materials and limited fabric sources. Due to the unique nature of our garments, we encourage thoughtful purchasing.

However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn

  • In original condition

  • Free of stains, makeup, perfume or damage

  • With original packaging and tags (if applicable)

Returns requested after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

Returns must be approved before being sent back.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as DILEMMA cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


International Orders

For orders outside the European Union:

  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

  • DILEMMA is not responsible for import fees.

  • If a package is refused due to unpaid customs charges, return fees may be deducted from the refund.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • You will be notified by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please note:
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchanges

Due to limited production and one-of-a-kind pieces, exchanges are subject to availability.

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us before returning your piece.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
